Recipe idea: biscoff cheesecake

Ingredients:

• Crushed caramelised speculoos biscuits (like PureGusto Italian Caramelised Speculoos Biscuits x 300) for a rich Biscoff-style base

• Melted butter to bind the biscuit crust

• Cream cheese + double cream for a smooth cheesecake filling

• Biscoff spread (or caramelised biscuit spread) for signature flavour

• Optional topping: extra biscuit crumbs or melted spread

Method:

• Crush the caramelised biscuits and mix with melted butter, then press firmly into a tin to form the base.

• Beat cream cheese with sugar, then add cream and Biscoff spread until smooth.

• Spread the filling over the chilled biscuit base and level the surface.

• Chill for 4–6 hours until set, then decorate with melted spread and biscuit crumbs.
