There are two methods you can use to redeem your discount points.
Method 1:
- Click the “Rewards” button in the bottom right corner
- Click “ways to redeem”
- Click the “view” button next to the text saying “order discount”
- Use the slider to decide how many of your points you want to use
- You need at least 1000 points to be able to redeem a discount
- Click “redeem” to convert your points into a discount code
Method 2:
- Click the “Rewards” button in the bottom right corner
- Click “Your rewards” at the top of the widget
- Click the coupon you would like to redeem
You must have a minimum of 1000 points in your account to redeem anything. If you have fewer, none of these options will appear for you. Additionally, you can only have one active discount code from points at a time. You will have to spend your first one before you can redeem a second one.
If you click “apply code” after redeeming your points, it will be automatically applied in your browser, and you won’t have to manually enter it at checkout. You should receive an email with the discount code in it regardless.
