Guinness 232 Coffee Beans 1kg
Created in collaboration with Guinness®, Tiki Tonga's 232 Coffee takes its inspiration from the roasting temperature of Guinness® barley. The result is a smooth, full-bodied coffee with rich malty sweetness and dark chocolate notes, and the 1kg bag is a great value choice for cafés, offices and bean-to-cup machines. All the flavour, none of the alcohol.
Guinness® has been brewed the same way since the 1770s, using roasted barley for its famous dark ruby colour and rich aroma. For this blend, Tiki Tonga briefly raise the roast temperature to 232°C, exactly the temperature Guinness® barley is roasted at, to unlock the same smooth, creamy, dark malty flavours in coffee form.

How to Brew: Grind fresh to suit your method. Cafetière: 30g of coffee per 500ml of water just off the boil, brew for 4 minutes. Espresso: 14g of coffee, 25 second extraction. V60: 15g of coffee per 250ml of water just off the boil, 2.5 minute brew time.
