Freshers Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder 500g
Freshers Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder is a rich, unsweetened cocoa with half the fat of regular cocoa powder, so you get a full, chocolatey flavour with less fat in every cup. Made by Aimia Foods, it mixes easily into milk for a proper homemade hot chocolate or mocha, and is just as useful in the kitchen for baking, desserts and dusting.
Ideal for cafés, coffee shops, schools, offices and catering outlets across Ireland, as well as at home. Supplied in a foil-sealed 500g pack to keep the cocoa fresh, and because it is unsweetened you are in full control of how sweet each drink or bake is.

How to make a Hot Chocolate:
Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of Freshers Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder to a cup and mix to a smooth paste with a little of the milk. Top up with hot milk, stir well and sweeten to taste.
