Blending rich, velvety Galaxy chocolate with sweet caramel, this easy-to-use frappe powder makes a creamy, indulgent caramel frappé in seconds, with excellent dissolvability for consistent results every time.
Developed by Aimia Foods for cafés, coffee shops, restaurants and catering outlets across Ireland, and just as good for making a frappé at home. Supplied in a resealable 1kg catering tin that makes around 28 frappés at a 35g serve, it is a quick way to add a brand your customers already know and love to your menu.

How to make a Galaxy Caramel Frappe:
For a café-style frappé, pour 100ml of milk and 100g of ice into a blender jug, add 1 heaped scoop (35g) of Galaxy Caramel Frappe Mix and blend until smooth. Alternatively, add the same amounts to a shaker, put the lid on tightly and shake until fully mixed. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce to finish.

Sugar, Whey Permeate (MILK), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (10%), Skimmed MILK Powder, Milk Chocolate Powder (7%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Vegetable Fat (Palm), Lactose (MILK), Whey Powder (MILK), MILK Fat, Whey Solids (MILK), Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Stabiliser (E415), Anti-Caking Agent (E551), Natural Flavouring.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
